Most of what we offer at Faithstrongwear is sourced from overseas suppliers. This approach shapes our delivery timeline, so transit can naturally take a bit longer than what you might experience with domestic-only retailers.
Because our products are primarily sourced from overseas, extended delivery windows are part of the process. We want to be upfront that this international supply chain is the main reason for the shipping duration.
On rare occasions, a package may exceed the typical delivery estimate. These delays are outside our direct control and often stem from customs processing or other unforeseen carrier issues.
An accurate shipping address is essential. Faithstrongwear cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach their destination due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
When a return is initiated, the associated shipping costs fall to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Should a refund be processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The time it takes for an exchanged item to arrive back to you varies based on your geographic location.
Faithstrongwear covers the shipping expense in one specific scenario: when an item arrives damaged and a replacement is required. This is the only instance where we assume the cost of shipping.
We can provide assistance for items that are damaged upon arrival or for packages that go missing in transit. To do so, we must receive proof of the damage or loss within 5 days of the delivery date. After that window, we are unable to accommodate the claim.
